Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Items returned with deodorant marks, makeup stains, perfume scent, pet hair, or any signs of wear will be refused and returned to the sender.

  • All original tags and packaging must be attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration are not eligible

Due to hygiene reasons, intimates, bras, and bodysuits are final sale unless defective.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest service and secure your preferred size, we recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed, as inventory is limited.


Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accepted


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
